    When I stayed in Iran I had it several times while on the road.
    It is given as street food. Very simple to eat. Skewed was lamb commonly.
    Lamb was delicious when I stayed in Jakarta. Called it "Sate".
    When they say sashi kebab, it is skewed lamb or chicken with rice.
