Tokyo Omlette Cooking Arts

Omurice is a fluffy egg omelet upside down served on top of fried rice. I've been watching this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xAawGf... since 2010and promised myself that someday when I visit Japan I HAVE to go and try out this particular restaurant named Kichi-kichi ( http://kichi2.net/menu ) located in Kyoto. So yes, it's a dream come true for me!! The chef itself is very kind & super skilled, and I think he really enjoy being filmed that he put on some show for a show-off, haha.
