Ramson or bear onion looks like lily of the valley leaves, and tastes like garlic. This is the first spring greens that appears in the markets, and thanks to which you can fill the lack of vitamins after a long and harsh winter.
Ramson can reduce the amount of cholesterol in the blood, cleanse it, improve digestion, stimulate heart activity, relieve high blood pressure and drowsiness. But this does not mean that it can be eaten in bunches: in case of an overdose, an ulcer risks aggravating, a headache and diarrhea appear. Therefore, the daily allowance for an adult should be about 15-20 large leaves.
