    How was mass civilian riot possible in Complete oppression system like North Korea?
    20K strong Chinese North Korean is main stay at it alleged. Riot means great social resistance involving, damaging public facility. South Korean Intelligence(國政院) is blocading report or rumors from North Korea. It is pity no able to pry into the details of it. Hundreds of rally team was marching to North Korean Labor Party Office in Sineujoo(新義州)to protest "keep open trade between China and North Korea). Other wise
    they are going on homeless poverty stricken.

    Как были возможны массовые бунты среди гражданского населения в системе полного угнетения, такой как Северная Корея? Предполагается, что 20 тыс. Сильных китайцев - северокорейцев - это основное пребывание в нем. Бунт означает сильное социальное сопротивление, влекущее за собой повреждение общественного объекта. Южнокорейская разведка (國 政 院) блокирует сообщения или слухи из Северной Кореи. Жаль, что не удалось вникнуть в подробности. Samurai belongs to ruling class over Edo era, permissive killing common people when something went wrong in the sense of moral obligations.
