Parmesan cheese is a big business for Italy. An average of 3.6 million wheels are produced each year, and the industry is worth an eye-popping 2.2€ billion ($2.5 billion), making this cheese one of Italy's biggest exports.   1. Korea is not much of cheese or butter food culture, instead we have plenty of fermented
    food culture. Less spread of Covid credits the food culture alleged.
