A family, who dreamed of a 40 pyeong(130 m sq) apartment but decided to buy quality time with same cost. The house, where sunlight ,through large windows, stays over enough hours, is 'passive house', taking cares of environments as well as the happiness of the family.
South Korea is more of high rise apartment mode than passive house quality. Apartment is no insulated structure, but raare if any. Drastic energy cost down passive house is no news but no noticable protportion.
Myself is rallying up for this quality. Let us hit new conception of residence mode, insluted but more sunlit in-door space. Summer wise blocking heat shield, winter wise insulator.
More global spread of the mode I hope up for.

Семья, которая мечтала о квартире площадью 40 пхён (130 кв. М), но решила купить качественное время по той же цене. Дом, в котором солнечный свет сквозь большие окна остается в течение достаточного количества часов, является «пассивным домом», заботящимся об окружающей среде, а также о счастье семьи. Южная Корея больше относится к режиму многоэтажных квартир, чем к качеству пассивного дома. Квартира не утепленная, но редкая, если вообще есть. Резкое снижение стоимости энергии для пассивного дома - это не новость, но и заметная часть. Я сам готовлюсь к этому качеству. Давайте познакомимся с новой концепцией режима проживания, замкнутого, но более солнечного внутреннего пространства. Летний разумный блокирующий теплозащитный экран, зимний разумный изолятор.
Надеюсь на более глобальное распространение режима.

Eine Familie, die von einer 40 m² großen Wohnung träumte, sich aber entschied, Qualitätszeit zu den gleichen Kosten zu kaufen. Das Haus, in dem das Sonnenlicht durch große Fenster genügend Stunden bleibt, ist ein „Passivhaus“, das sich sowohl um die Umwelt als auch um das Glück der Familie kümmert.
Südkorea ist eher ein Hochhaus-Apartment-Modus als eine Passivhaus-Qualität. Die Wohnung ist keine isolierte Struktur, aber wenn überhaupt. Drastische Energiekosten für das Passivhaus sind keine Neuigkeit, aber kein spürbarer Anteil.
Ich selbst setze mich für diese Qualität ein. Lassen Sie uns eine neue Konzeption des Aufenthaltsmodus treffen, einen eingeschnittenen, aber sonnenbeschienenen Innenraum. Sommerweise blockierender Hitzeschild, winterlicher Isolator.

No more energy bundling up apartment, but new mode of residence.
If driven to maintain high rise for short of land affordable, insulated one is desirable for future. That will go trendy perhaps.
Jetzt ist die Zeit gekommen, in einem hochwertigen Haus zu leben, das mehr Spaß macht oder glücklich macht. Passivhaus scheint der richtige Modus für häufigere Klimakatastrophen zu sein. Keine Energie mehr, die die Wohnung bündelt, sondern eine neue Wohnform. Wenn ein Hochhaus für wenig Land erschwinglich gehalten werden soll, ist ein isoliertes für die Zukunft wünschenswert. Das wird vielleicht trendy.
